ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching in just 10 weeks!

New Team Coaching Program

ICF recently introduced its Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and Goal Imagery Coaching Academy is once again leading the way with the first truly holistic, comprehensive, and affordable ICF-accredited Team Coaching program. It’s taught by internationally-acclaimed team of ICF MCC Coaches & ICF Accessors: Marianna Lead, MCC & Allexis Tuccio, MCC.

In this intensive 10-week course, Marianna and Allexis will share everything they know about Team Coaching, connecting ICF team coaching principles and competencies to practical applications in team coaching. This course includes all ICF training and supervision requirements for your ACTC credential with ICF.

The Goal Imagery® Team Coaching Course Includes:

  • Intensive focus on all 8 ICF Core Competencies in Team Coaching
  • 60 + hours of team coaching education (30 hours of live Zoom lessons over 10 weeks, plus 30+ hours of homework)
  • 3-hour LIVE (on Zoom) weekly sessions with 2 MCC Coaches/ICF Assessors
  • 3+ hours of weekly homework include educational videos by MCC coaches about different team coaching models, conflict resolution techniques in team coaching, and other concepts effectively utilized in team coaching
  • Lifetime access to an online portal with educational videos, templates, and other learning materials
  • Team Coaching practice with real teams from real organizations
  • 5+ hours of coaching supervision
  • Various ready-to-use templates, including the Team Coaching Contract
